Users can request the deletion of their NeuroBeatX account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Log in to your NeuroBeatX account
2. Submit an account deletion request via this page
3. Confirm the request via email

Data deletion process

Once the deletion request is confirmed, the account and associated personal data are deleted immediately.

Data that will be deleted

• User account
• Profile information
• App preferences and usage data

Data that may be retained

• Billing and transaction records (for legal and accounting compliance)
